Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- The item must not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Bath Towels (for hygiene reasons)
- Bathroom Rugs & Mats (for hygiene reasons)
- Bed Pillows (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened candles and home fragrances (Candles & Home Fragrances category)
- Personalized or custom-made baby gifts
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items
