How do I create an account?

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already entered the shipping process.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

How long does order processing take?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days before they’re shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and a few remote locations due to logistical constraints. During checkout, you’ll be notified if we’re unable to ship to your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

What should I do if my package is damaged or missing items?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different item, we recommend returning the original item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the item you want.
